Clean, well-equipped property with parking and private garden. Helpful and friendly owners. Ideal location for walking to the center of town. Attracts wildlife. Comfortable and cool during heatwave. Lots of things to do and see in the area. Great for couples or small families. Nice cottage, just needs a little updating.

The private bathroom was amazing, with a bath or shower that made me feel like a superstar!

Personally, I found the karaoke machine in the casino a bit too loud for my taste.

the cottage was lovely, with a private south facing garden that was perfect for relaxing. I was impressed by the attention to detail, as there were thoughtful touches like tea and milk upon arrival. the cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and all the necessary cleaning and washing up materials were provided. the location was ideal, with parking right outside and the town centre within a short walk. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep in ages. it felt like a real home from home.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely little cottage that was perfect for two adults and two children. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coast, with great links to nearby attractions. The cottage itself was cool despite the heat wave, and Holt, a charming small town, was just a short walk away with plenty of options for dining and enjoying arts and crafts. The cottage even offered short courses on driftwood glass, which we found to be a unique and enjoyable experience. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this cottage for a memorable North Norfolk getaway.
